Presently Dr.R.K.Jha is posted as Lecturer and Principal in Ayush Institute of Medical Scence- AIMS, Purnea, Bihar. He established the Centre for Clinical Research by imparting research training to the local people. Established Molecular Biology Laboratory, Stem Cell Laboratory and Cancer Research Centre in Purnia. Research work on diabetes, cancer, kidney failure, arthritis etc. started in this institute
